Everyone has that most memorable moment in their life Mine is thataverage bullying story that everyone hears about now and days but withan abnormal twist I was going to commit suicide but instead acceptedChrist and started to attend church daily The most extraordinary partabout it is that as of today I am a youth group leader something Iwouldnt have been able to become without that one experience Thismoment something I cant change is the most monumental experience thatI would never regretAttleboro Massachusetts is where I grew up and very quickly learned tohate I attended Attleboro High School which was quite large and oftenhard to get with the popular When I was a freshman my metabolismstarted to slow down undecidedly making me overly large I was harassedalmost every day getting called obese which was hard to acceptbecause I had no choice in the matter To make matters worse I startedto notice my friends were not really my friends at all So I really onlyhad two friends Steve and Derek I walked into school every day feelingnumb and no hope in my future The only thing I saw in my high schoolwas the joy when putting others like me in misery There was never apositive to the high school just discouraging remarks that I couldntget away fromMoving on to sophomore year depression hit me and it sure did hit mehard It felt like someone was taking a knife to my heart and rippingthe life out of me every single minute To cope with this issue Istarted to explore marijuana and alcohol then started to go to schoolhigh drunk or both So one day I decided I had enough and nothing wasworth living for I went to ACE Hardware bought rope and planned whenI was going to do it My parents were always at work so finding time bymyself was not an issue I planned to do it on a Tuesday only becauseit was usually the worst day
