Jenn's feedback:
"Your paper is about a fascinating topic, and you have presented an interesting perspective on it. To better communicate your perspective, I suggest that you invest some time into making some changes regarding the organization and content of your paper. The formatting of your document is excellent. This is important because a neatly formatted paper improves reading comprehension and cohesion. The aspect of the document that needs to be worked on the most is the organization. The paper does not have a delineated introduction or conclusion as it is written. The introduction should give general background information about your topic and should end with a thesis statement that tells the reader what the goal of your paper is and how you are going to achieve it. This will give direction for the content of your paper, but it will also communicate the purpose of the document and show the reader that you are focused on that purpose. Right now, the paper does not read as scholarly as it could because of the language used and the lack of smooth transitions between new topics. You could improve this by removing words such as "I" and "we" and including citations when you have presented factual content. The paper should then end with a conclusion that summarizes the main points you made in the document's body and relate them to your thesis statement. For the most part, you did a reasonably good job with the conventions of the paper. However, there are places words and punctuation are missing. You should ensure that your paper goes through a round of proofreading to resolve this."
