"You make a good point about the function or job of the narrator in setting mood and pace. The discussion of who the narrator is in the Holst story is rather confusing, and the difference between the narrator and the storyteller(s) is never explained: can you help the reader understand these elements a little more? Organizing the paragraph by what the narrator does (rather than by what happens in the story) might help iron this out a bit.

Similarly, consider probing the role of the narrator a little more in the Gilman discussion: your final sentence of that paragraph leaves out a lot of what was previously discussed, including the author's use of the diary. And because the story of Cinderella has been retold so many times, tell the reader what edition or version you are using.

Another comment I have is to recommend proofreading for errors and revising phrasing for clarity. Fairly frequent errors (including typos) currently make this a bumpy read. Formatting the titles correctly will also enhance the clarity and ethos."
