There are lots of mother and daughter relationships These relationships have impacts on our life These relationships occur in different stages of our life In most cases it occurs during our adulthood This time is very crucial because it is the time when we try to discover whom we are and what we want to do to the futureA mothers involvement with her children is different because there is a strong emotional and social relation betweenProdigy is possible if parents pay attentions to their child interestsParents play important role to change their childrens life Anything can be possible when parents pay attentions to their childrens interest In the short story Two Kinds by Amy Tan the mother wants her daughter to be prodigy she forced her to try different tests She believes these tests will make her daughter a prodigy Although the mother and daughter had different ideology on how to be famous successfully and rich in the United States of America but shenever stop from forcing herdaughter to try different tests She believes these tests will make her daughter a prodigyKnowledge can be a powerful weapon and is important to show how much parents care to their childrens There are times we might be asked unimportant questions which dont have any role to make us a better person Similarly in the story of two kinds Nikan was asked and tested by her mother several questions but these questions and tests cant make her a prodigy The tests were absurd knowing of the capitals multiplying numbers in her head finding the queen of hearts in a deck of cards standing on her head with out using her hands predicting daily temperatures in different cities and looking at Bible verses for three minutes to see what she remembers The tests got harder and harder for Ni Kan but for her mother it would push her to be like the children she wish
