A Happy Healthy Lifestyle In order to live a happy healthy lifestyle there are three things you must do First of all you must eat right If you eat healthy you will be healthy Secondly you need exercise If you exercise your body will stay fit Finally you must have a positive outlook on being fit If you dont have any desire to be fit than you wont These three things will keep you looking your best and feeling great First of all on order to be healthy you must eat right In science this quarter we have been studying nutrition In order to be healthy you must get as much nutrients as possible In order to do this you must eat a well balanced diet A balanced diet has all the nutrients you need to be healthy You need a fixed amount of servings from each food group There are four food groups The food group you need the most is the grain group then the fruits and vegetables then dairy and last the meat group The group in which you need the least amount is fats and sweets You must eat healthy to maintain a healthy lifestyle Secondly you need to be active and exercise daily It is proven that exercise is the main source for losing weight and staying fit Exercising increases your metabolism which allows you to burn more calories The higher metabolism you have the more fit you will be Its hard to keep a high metabolism because many things lower it Alcohol greatly lowers your metabolism thats why many alcoholics have a beer belly Metabolism is the key to staying fit Finally and most importantly you need a positive outlook on life If you dont want to be special or be something at all no ones stopping you But if you want to be something
