Living without a form of stress is inevitable Considering this being able to manage stress is a strength that would be nothing but beneficial The build-up of stress leads to taking it out on others effects school performances as well as altering our emotions Not releasing stress in some form is a very difficult task Unfortunately one of the most common ways to release it is by taking it out on others This happens because a person under stress is not their normal self Negative emotions tend to overrule the positive emotions of a way a person thinks Lashing it out on others is not intentional its just how humans cope and function with stress Furthermore stress can cause issues with the people you took your stress out on Potentially leading to larger complications on a friendship romantic or general levelStress overload can result in effecting a persons academic performance in school As if school doesnt come with enough stress Personal issues on top of that can make doing your best in school challenging If a student cannot manage stress the outcome could result in suffering grades Its a problem when how you perform in school is not at its ultimate highest whereas the only factor holding you back from achieving it is stress If everyone had the ability to manage stress the possibility of overall high grades would be increased Sometimes our emotions get the best of us and it is near impossible to prevent Its easier said than done to be in high spirits at all times especially when under stress Stress affects a persons mood from stubborn and cranky to sad and dramatic With all the mood swings that come with stress is certainly overwhelming Having to deal with these circumstances consequently can lead to more complicated concerns such a depression sleep problems obesity and moreIn the end being able to manage stress in your life is a major advantage At
