As an actor acting is the art of portraying many fictional characters on stage and in front of the camera It is a world where individuals try or pretend to try to enter in another body I personally believe actors must be mentally and emotionally ready to enter the body of another person The actor must be mentally prepared because entering the skin of another person can be challenging The study of the character portrayed is mandatory in order to feel its emotion and its energy Rehearsal can help an actor prepare their performance in order to perform ad equalityWhen I had to portray a character in a play I faced a lot of challenges that helped me prepare for a better performance I had to portray a doctor giving the bad news to a patient First thing I started researching on movies books on how a doctors feeling and reaction are when delivering bad news to a patient I tried to express my emotions and feelings while reading the script of the play I was taught to have a good posture on set because it makes a difference when you are trying to portray a character or try to convince the auditions of your gestures I learned from my drama teacher from high school that monitoring the speed and volume of our voice are very important because an actor depends on them to project the feelings and emotions in front of an audience Acting is learning to feel the energy of the environment and the energy of other actors while portraying a character Developing my energy and feeling around me gave me the ability to perform my character properly I believe actors can relate to people in their personal lives For example when someone lost a person in his or her lives the actor can have a better idea to portray a character that lost someone in their lives Rehearsal is very important because
