In many cases people tend to be unwilling to make changes in their lives spontaneously eg relocate to other places Why they refuse to do so The following reasons may be accountable for thatFirst and foremost people will face many difficulties directly to their lives and work For instance a man was assigned into Africa as new company branch was set up there Challenges in culture weather condition and way of life may cause many unexpected un-comfort to him and so he could work under tremendous pressure physically and mentally Moreover in such a new environment lack of friends and entertainment would cause loneliness and prevent him from getting released from what he is suffering Consequently his health deteriorates and quality of life would be no better than before Therefore most people living in a stable comfortable condition would never be happy to move to anywhere elseHowever in many conditions we are unable to decide our destiny Therefore getting prepared to cope with the potential changes in our lives becomes essential to us First learn to be interactive with the outer world would bring significant benefits and freshness to our lives Eg making new friends regularly and share ideas together will greatly colour the normal life And watching travel programmes or travelling abroad to different backgrounds would also be very helpful to cultivate our interests with the unknown world and sense of accepting them easilyIn conclusion the reason why people resist changes in their lives generally is the fear of uncertainties in the new environment comparing with the comfortable lives that they possess However if good habits of way of living being cultivated the potential changes that might come would pose no threatens to the new life
