For many years we have been told that ex-convicts are bad people and of course not a good influence But who really knows what theyve been through or why they committed the crime they were charged for Have you ever thought that maybe they committed this crime because they had to feed their families Or maybe because they didnt find a job because I have The crimes they committed arent justified but maybe we would do the same if we had to feed our familiesWe think that if we hire ex-convicts we would make a mistake because they can stole from us and that would make it way worst According to some articles I found on the web its says that ex-convicts are hungry for a job because theyre looking to improve the way they live and will do everything to keep it which means they wont steal or do anything that can cause them to lose their job The ex-cons will settle for any job because of the difficult time they have finding oneMany of the convicts value their jobs more than a person that doesnt have a criminal record no matter if its flipping a hamburger patty or cleaning restrooms at any place they just want to make a living and its said that most of the ex-convicts that are hired are really happy with their job because they know they wont have to do illegal things to have a good life now This is because like I said before its really hard for them to find a job and to re-enter society after being jailed up for a couple of years It has also been said that the ex-convicts have a lot of skills and special characters they got from back in the prison Theyre hard workers they have charisma and they might even be more respectful to their bosses or their co-workersIf you get an ex-convict a job theyll be so
