As I cruise up the vast parking lot I feel as if it is my driveway The bright neon-lit sign is similar to a welcome mat greeting me into where I dwell Even though the massive sign states Roxy I receive a feeling of belonging as if it is my home Most people despise the location of where they work however I not only feel deep affection for mine but also live there basically Meanwhile the entrance doors fly open of the building and the buttery popcorn aroma hits me and gives me the urge for that taste Passing the ticket booths I look up and gaze in admiration at the legendary faces of Marilyn Monroe Elvis Presley and John Wayne painted on the colossal mural After all of this astonishment I get the sense of home attached to this place I reach the office finally and clock in to start my day of duty to this placeClocked in and ready to start the early beginnings of usher work I head to stock room with the fellow employees to take out boxes to the trash I open the old squeaky door to the stock room and breathe that sweet syrupy scent through my body Searching for numerous empty boxes I also check up on all the fountain drinks to make sure they have enough syrup in them I toss all the boxes in the old raggedy shopping cart and steer it outside to the filthy dumpster I open the side doors and get ready to go to war as if it is a battleground Before the boxes can take place inside the dumpster we must flatten or crush them as much as we can I prepare myself for the first strike as I wait apprehensively Hunter throws the first box at me and I snatch it quickly in the middle of the still air retrieve my only reliable weapon which is the car keys and
