Most people who often work or play with their computer for too long will probably have a neck pain According to a few articles that I have read online neck pain is caused by strained neck muscles Even though it is just strained muscles but it can be quite painful and annoying sometimes it can stop you from enjoying something that you like doing I started to have my neck pain when I studied in Singapore During my study in Singapore I spent most of my times in my room watching movies or playing with my computer Even though there is a gym just a stone throw from where I lived in Singapore at that time I am very seldom to go there and exercise Over the time my neck pain grow it was more painful than before and cause me to shake or spin my head every few seconds My father said that I looked like an ostrich whose head cannot stop moving because of that and my whining about the pain my mother decided to take me to acupuncture therapy center Also she bought a gym membership so that I can swim regularly and told me to joined private session of yoga class with my cousin who has a back problemAcupuncture is originated from china and it has been around for a very long time Basically acupuncture therapy is just sticking a few sterilize needles for a few moments to the patient Even though its method is very simple but yet it is remarkable and works like a magic Acupuncture has helped me significantly to reduce my neck pain but acupuncture sometimes can be quite painful and also boring because you have to lie down in a bed for around half hour to an hour After I have significant improvement with my neck the improvement began to slow down At first after a few session of the therapy I can feel the
