Life is like a box of chocolates you never know what youll get This quote may be true in many ways and very much applies to me The choices I made and will make mold who I become little by little The decisions I make come together and create who I will become in the future Sometimes the decisions I make make me realize how a person can change The situations Im faced with make me more responsible in the long runMost of my life I have lived in Gillette Wyoming One day however my dad announced We are moving I felt like they didnt take in consideration how I felt about the situation I felt they didnt care about my school and friends There remained no other choice but to follow my parents The summer of seventh grade we left for Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua Mexico I really didnt want to make the best of the situation I didnt like school at all and felt my social life reached its end I needed to find a way out of this I wanted to convince my parent to move back but I knew they were determined to stay I tried everything possible even to the extreme of crying all day and starving Nothing worked of course but I still wasnt going to give up My parents realized I wanted out and prontoDuring Christmas break my older sister Marisol came to visit I knew this only way out and I definitely took advantage My sister convinced my dad to let me move back to Gillette with her and luckily my dad said yes Although my parents decided on letting me go I felt sad and concluded theyd miss me more than anything All that passed through my head at the time contained getting back to Gillette and just revealing the selfish person I always portrayedOnce we arrived to Gillette I became super stoked to
