Just the statement that women make better leaders within business than a man stirs an immediate controversy It is not a stamen that can be made without offending somebody but it is a remark that should be looked upon more commonly It is obvious that people like the idea of everyone being equal and equal opportunities for all but in a businesss case of mind is it what is most beneficial for the company Much of the male population may agree with that last statement men see themselves as better then woman even if they do not say it as it isnt socially acceptable But with so many recent studies its being more and more apparent that women are actually superior when it comes to being a leader This essay looks at the concepts of gender differences in the work place why men feel the need to suppress women and how they are viewed by men and also scientific proof on how women are in fact naturally better leadersWomen have always had to fight for their equal rights Regardless that some of the worlds most brilliant women have prospered in numerous fields within history such as Florence Nightingale Joan of Arc Cleopatra and Rosa Parks With all these strong dedicated female leaders why are the women today so commonly overlooked when it comes to business When you look at the common family scene it is shown that women are natural born leaders they manage the house cook clean care for their family But when it comes to a professional environment women are not looked at as leaders They are scene more as support staff for their strategically positioned male colleagues Corporate business is what rules the world today and as it grows more and more women yearn to earn their place within But are their voices being purposely dismissed in a selfish attempt by men to not have their masculinity hindered by working with
