There are many positive and negative points you can gain working in fast food Fast food is one of the most successful industries out today and its fast-pace and the companies bring in a lot of money every year Many people have various experiences in working in fast food whether its the managers supervisors or regular employees I am a carhop for Sonic Drive Inn Yes I am a fast food worker also I have experienced many different trials Some experiences are good and some are bad I am also over worked and underpaid like many other fast food workersMost of fast food workers are overworked and underpaid A lot of fast food places such as Mac Donalds Burger King and KFC etc pay minimum wage or even lower A lot of workers are overworked their jobs consists of a lot duties and some are extreme duties to perform Most fast food places are even open on some of the major holidays If this happens some of the workers must work on the holidays Sometimes underpaid and overworked and this sometimes can lead to an angry and hostile environments In some cases workers go on strike for being overworked to earn better wagesThe working conditions in fast food can also be various Sometimes workers have to deal with high stress Working with managers and supervisors can sometimes be a huge stress point Sometimes managers are very difficult to work with most managers dont have to do any physical work and leaves all the work to the regular employees This can increase putting pressure on the workers A lot of customers can help with increasing stress levels Customers are always right even sometimes when their wrong this can cause confusion which leads to tension Low wage is another major point for stress for workers Many fast food workers are much underpaid and this can also cause stress The heat in most fast food environments is
