"This outline for your essay shows that you are definitely off to a good start. Each aspect of your essay could benefit from even more detail and clarification to help strengthen your argument. Also don't be afraid to be even bolder with your thesis statement. Stating that exercise offers many benefits is pretty good, but something even more forthright, along the lines of "Every person will benefit from adding exercise to his or her daily routine" clearly shows your side of the argument. Mental and physical health improvements are the umbrellas under which all of your specific benefits fall, so including those phrases in your introduction or thesis statement would be helpful. If you have more sources that support your argument, I would definitely use those as well. Statistics, quotes, and studies all help give your thesis statement credibility. Do you have any sources for the opposing view? Maybe articles about how strenuous exercise takes a negative toll on the body, or how people will mental illnesses struggle to find motivation to exercise, or anything along those lines. Giving the opposing side of the argument proper attention shows that you have done your research, and then allows you to refute the specific points with your own analysis."
