Whitney's feedback:
"Your essay is detailed, and you did a good job elaborating on several different aspects of living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In order to turn this into an "A" paper, I recommend thoroughly proofreading and adjusting some of your sentence structure to help your essay flow better. Currently, your essay has several grammatical and structural errors, which may be easier to locate if you read your essay out loud. For instance: "Rebecca Kuzminski in her research titled "____", she explained that ASD doesn't have a known cause for the disorder...." would be more correct (and would sound better) written like this: "In her research titled "______," Rebecca Kuzminkski explained that ASD doesn't have a known cause..."Rearranging some sentences like this will help you reduce instances of redundancy and will be less distracting for the reader. Additionally, you have a few incomplete sentences and punctuation errors throughout the essay. Finally, be sure to adhere to the style guide provided by your professor - things like referring to Rebecca Kuzminski as simply "Rebecca" will likely cause your professor to drop your grade slightly. Overall, your content is fairly strong -- if you work on cleaning up the mechanics of your paper, it will improve your writing and your grade!"
