On my first day in English class I came in right before the door shut As I hurried to find a place to sit I noticed a free seat in front of the class I took my seat and listened to the professor start class The class started like any other class The professor gave us a brief overview of the class I knew since the class was short session that we would be getting an assignment soon The professor had us do some brief assignments brain storming and stuff like that The next assignment was to interview a classmate I was kind of neverous at first The person I was to interview sat right next to me his name was Jeremy As Jeremy and I talked I was surprised to learn that we had all kinds of things in common Jeremy comes from a traditional family He lives with his Dad Mom and two younger sisters Rebecca who is 16 and Sarah who is 13 Jeremys dads name is Jim Smith is a computer programmer Jeremy shares an interested in computers too His family like a lot of familys in North Carolina are transplants They are originally from a little town in New Jersey called Paquanack but they spent the first three years of Jeremys life in Wayne New Jersey After that Jeremy and his family moved to Durham North Carolina They have been there ever since Jeremy for the most part enjoys living in North Carolina However he admits that growing up in Durham was boring at times While in Durham Jeremy attended Park Wood Elementary first than on to Lowes Grove Middle School and for high school he went to C E Jordan High finally ending up in Raleigh at North Carolina State University Jeremy tells me that he likes it here at state for the most part He thinks that it has a good atmosphere and good people I would
