CONCLUSIONS OBSERVATIONS Majority of the world population lives in the poorest part of the world Third World Areas on the north of the equator are most densely populated compared to the south Highly developed cities such as Tokyo and New York are more populated compared to others There is a high density of population living near the water where they can easily trade supplies from other country A country with tropical weather where there is enough supply water has high population One of the factors that affect the growth of population today is the decreased mortality rates due to advancements in medicine Areas like Alaska or Australia with low temperature and some areas near the equator or with high temperature have low population Europe and Asia are the most densely populated continents East part of the Prime Meridian is more populated than the west part People chose to live in a place where they can benefit from it and thats how urban areas are developed The type of government affects the population distribution for instance in Korea majority of the population chose to live in southern part which is democratic while the northern part of it is communist In Brazil they have large population because of their religion they believe that its not right to use birth controls so thats why they have a high birth rate Australia is the continent that has the lowest population Some rural areas Africa have a high birth rate even though most of the countries are poor because most of the people there dont have enough knowledge or information about birth control People chose to live in lands which has smooth terrain rather than on rocky or rough terrain Communication contributes to the population distribution because most people want to settle on a place where they are getting information of whats happening and not isolated from this world There are less people in the prairie
