Weaving in personal experience adds depth and projects ethos, aided by the appropriate tone and position you strike as the rhetor. I do notice enough minor lower-order concern errors to bear remark, including a recurring spelling of "whether" as "weather." A very thorough proofread should be used to catch this and other issues that can throw off the reader's experience of your writing and ethos.
