Have you ever considered what would happen if all those crazy conspiracy theorists were right The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown depicts that world that would take place The Da Vinci Code is an epic thriller that tells the story of a frantic quest to discover a legend that many think is a myth Dan Brown illustrates the mysterious world we would be in if those outlandish theories came into reality Robert Langdon was just an ordinary Harvard professor living an average life until the curator of the Louvre in Paris Jacques Sauniere is shot and killed Before dying Sauniere leaves a note saying Find Robert Langdon When Langdon comes to Paris and visits the crime scene he meets the granddaughter of the late curator Sophie Neveu So its just an ordinary murder mystery novel right Nope the tide begins to turn as Sauniere leaves ominous clues and his corpse in the form of an artwork by Leonardo Da Vinci Langdon figures out that the puzzle Sauniere gave to them meant the road to find the Holy Grail As one clue leads to another they eventually meet Sir Leigh Teabing a distinguished historian in England that helps them find the Grail Its a race of high stakes and heart-pounding action as the location of the Holy Grail unveils This exhilirating book makes me want to read it over and over again I highly recommend this book because it will captivate you until the very last page Although the Da Vinci Code is quite mind-bending and confusing it is also quite understandable at the same time Dan Brown writes in such an eloquent way your hands will keep on flipping pages because you cant get enough of the Da Vinci Code The Da Vinci Code is mainly comprised of exciting cliffhangers and shocking secrets and that makes it suitable for the genre title of thriller This book would appeal to readers ages 11
