"This is well organized and clear, but there are various grammatical issues. Ending the first paragraph, a comma should set off clauses: “... Supreme Court, so the objective ….” It is good practice to include a comma after the penultimate member of a list, and many formats require it. Separate a range of numbers with an en dash (–), which can be made with character code on a PC, option-dash on a Mac, or by inserting a symbol in MS-Word. “The current holding … and affirmed …” is incorrect. You could instead write, “The current holding of the … Court in Oregon, as affirmed ….” Since you are not quoting the opinion, you can just write “the Agema 210” instead of writing it parenthetically after “it.” Note the unnecessary capitalization of some words. You also fail to include an apostrophe in the possessive term “Courts.”"
