Restaurant Review of the Ninety-Nine Introduction I was asked by the owner of the Ninety-Nine to perform a restaurant review I was asked to observe the storefront and how it looked the decor of the establishment service food violations of policy and recommendations of improvement Findings On November 4 2002 I went to the Ninety-Nine to do my review It was a fairly busy night The storefront was well taken care of and looked nice I walked through the double doors and into the lobby There were two wooden benches with about 8 people sitting on them I walked through another door into the restaurant A cheerful hostess greeted me She asked my name and gave me a square black box which vibrated and lit up when your table was ready I waited for forty-five minutes until my little black box went off A petite woman whose name was Cathy then seated me She introduced herself to me as my waitress and asked if I wanted anything to drink I asked for a glass of water She returned exactly fifteen minutes later with my water She took my order of a steak and cheese wrap It took about thirty minutes for me to receive my meal My food was well prepared and well cooked I checked the ladies bathroom and it was very well taken care of Conclusion In my dining experience at the Ninety-Nine I did not find any violations of policy but I do recommend their timing system be changed It should be more precise and more organized The service was great The waitresses were polite and accurate with the orders The food was wonderful My wrap was well cooked and tasted great It was made exactly to my order All in all I would recommend going to the Ninety-Nine for a good time and great dining experience Recommendations I
