Everyone has a dream but not every one of them will come to past so did martin Luther king Jr In his well-known speech I have a dream where he educated inspired and informed not just the people there but throughout America and unborn generation He was a man who fought for the freedom of not only the black Americans but equal rights racial discrimination and justice for all and made them believe that one day there will be freedomMartin created equality and togetherness with this quote from his speech one day in Alabama little black boys and girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and girls as sisters and brothers Also in one of his dreams he said I have a dream that one day my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character This statement in a nutshell condemns the judgment of ones character based on racism but rather on personality However in 1863 the president of the United States Abraham Lincoln issued an executive order proclaiming the freedom of slaves in the states Even after his order the Negro were still not free and were faced with poverty In conclusion there was something he said to his people that in the course of gaining justice they must not allow their protest deteriorate into physical violence he also ended his speech saying let freedom ring speaking out to remind everyone that he is fighting for the nation to be equal as a whole Martins legacy lived on after his assassination though few people are being discriminated upon today
