"You've done a great job using precise, direct language to keep the organization and focus clear and immediate--very appropriate for a speech. The writing on the page is likewise well executed, with very few errors; however, I do suggest a proofread to review comma overuse. My final comment is dependent on where or how this is being presented or submitted, so keep your own context in mind as you read over this next point. I was having a little trouble exactly determining the main purpose. Up until the last paragraph, I assumed the purpose was to persuade the audience to consider their own personal choices. In the final paragraph, the scope expands to greater action. A speech can have both, of course, and again, the appropriateness of this will depend on your own project, but I did want to mention this."
