In 10 Ways to Jump-Start Your Health Fitness Goals for 2012 by Robin McMacke she talks about ten ways to get fit for the New Year She also mentions how physical inactivity can cause health problems such as cardiovascular disease breast cancer stroke etc As a way to avoid these dangers you can change up your fitness regimen One way is to do intense 30-minute cardio for five times a week or 20-minute vigorously intense workout for three days times A few other ways that Robin mentions in her article are find a work out partner attend free local fitness classes write down fitness goals keep a food diary and a few othersAfter taking in account of the steps I think I will have to apply some to my fitness regime I have always been trying to get in shape for years When I found this article I was absorbing all the steps that were listed and took into account that I could apply these to my life Some of the steps I havent really thought of such as think positive for what you are doing to your body write out your fitness goals and check out bloggers about their weight loss success After reading this article I have some more knowledge about how to get in shape I also want to read more fitness articles or perhaps subscribe to a fitness magazine It was a great article and had a lot of influence on myself
