How to Make Blueberry Muffins I like blueberry muffins and my mother doesnt like to bake so I have learned to bake them myself I have tried to bake blueberry muffins before and for some reason they were a complete flop They were either too dry or crunchy or too moist and crumbly or they just tasted funny Well I discovered this new fail-proof recipe and I have made the muffins several times and it has never failed The recipe is simple and easy to follow This is the ultimate blueberry muffin recipe I use the following ingredients 1 cups all-purpose flour cup sugar 1 egg teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons baking powder cup milk 13 vegetable oil and 1 cup of blueberries The blueberries can be fresh or frozen I have used both and I like the fresh better The cooking utensils I use to make the muffins are the following 1 large bowls a small bowl a measuring cup a muffin pan cupcake liners and a large wooden spoon As far as appliances I use I only need a conventional oven pre-heated to 400 degrees First I combine the flour sugar baking powder and salt into the large mixing bowl Next I crack the egg into the small bowl to make sure it is good To the egg I add the milk and oil Then I add the egg milk and oil mixture to the dry ingredients I then stir until all the dry ingredients are moistened It is important not to over mix Finally I add the blueberries I fold them in I try to be careful and leave as many of the blueberries whole as I can I dont want my blueberries to be crushed or smashed Next I line the muffin pan with cupcake liners Finally I fill each cup about 23 full I then bake at 400 degrees
