-Argumentative Essay- All dogs should be kept on a lead while in public areas Dogs need freedom to run around and explore Dogs love to sniff out new scents Most are very playful and like to be entertained Its also very important that dogs are exercised so that they dont get overweight and they stay healthy but it is important that people are protected as well Dogs however also need to be controlled and you cant have dogs walking around the streets at random They can get lost very easily and many dogs are picked up by the RSPCA If there are dogs wandering around a public area there would be many people who would feel quite threatened and may change their path to get around the dog If there is an aggressive dog wandering around the streets it might attack someone There have already been several dog attacks which are devastating in a many of ways The victim of a dog mauling can be affected mentally and physically People can be affected mentally so that they never go near a dog again or they might not ever walk around the area where they were attacked for fear that they might be attacked again A victim can also be affected physically by being left with awful looking scars that they received from the attack It is cruel to keep dogs caged up from the world They have to be able to explore and socialise like people do Most dogs arent born aggressive It usually is the fault of a bad or irresponsible owner If you keep dogs locked up from the outside world they can become aggressive to everyone but the owner If dogs are around lots of people from a young age they wont feel threatened and uncomfortable and wont get angry when there are people around them Dogs need to be entertained and kept fit otherwise they
