Nutrition Assessment I have a daily colories intake of 2800and a weekly calorie intake of 4000In my average daily expenditure I have 3000 daily expenditure and a weekly expenditure of 5000On the side of my favorite food my protein produced a source calories of 871 with a percentage of 209 And my fat produced calories of 1780 with percentage of total calories of 428Also carbohydrates produced calories of 1510 with a 363 percent On the other side of my nutritious food my protein produced calories of 611 with a total percentage of 195Moreso fat produced calories of 1509 with 332 percent of total calories Also carbohydrates produced calories of 1036 with a total percentage of 483 All these nutritious food give a total of 3156 calories Furthermore my diet for carbohydrate does not meet the recommended standard According to the recommended standard for carbohydrates which is between 55-60 percent my diet is 483 percent But both my fat and protein are above the recommended standard Protein has a recommended standard of 10-15 percent and my diet is 195 percent Also the recommended percentage of fat is 25-30 percent and my diet is332 percent Moreover I need to apply the food guide which was designed to guide people in the selection of nutrition food By selecting the appropriate number of servings from each portion of the pyramid will help me change my diet to meet all the recommendations Also balance the food I eat with physical activity maintaining or improving my weight Choose a diet with plenty of grain products vegetable and fruits Also choose a diet low in fat saturatedfat and cholesterol Moreover choose a moderate diet in salt sodium and sugar I will eat a variety of meals of equal size rather than one big meal and two small ones Also ask for information about food content I need some fat in my diet because fats are carriers of vitamins and they are
