I started practicing yoga last quarter and from my point of view yoga is an exercise that helps me to integrate the main aspects of my life Yoga benefits all three main aspects of life the spirit mind and body There are many different forms of yoga and each has their own specific poses These poses help you to find a harmony between your body mind and spirit People can choose which poses that are best for them as there is no specific poses in yoga It is because everyone has their own body and mind structure in finding a harmony on their yoga practice The main purpose that I am practicing yoga is that I am searching for harmony in my body mind and spirit I often feel stressful on my school work and sometimes I feel too much pressure in my life It is hard to find a peaceful mind and it is even harder with all the pressure that I have in my daily life I am looking for a peaceful mind where I can feel the sense of united with my body and soul This peaceful mind will make us aware of all changes around us and deeply appreciate the meaning of harmonious life It is also gives us a sense of united with ourselves and nature Before practicing yoga I feel that my body is not in an optimal form I am doing a lot of sports and an optimal body form is important to perform well I had a flexible body when I was in elementary school and I want my flexibility back This flexibility helps me perform well in doing sports as well as to optimize my body In addition I am also looking forward for yogic breathing and postures where we can get spiritual energy to feed our body mind and spirit These postures and breathing techniques are the most essential part in yoga practice to reach
