CH 3 DISCUSSION 1 I currently exercise about 4 or 5 days a week by playing Frisbee golf It is a great excuse to get out of the house and go see the local parksI also practice Tai Chi It took me a year of steady practice putting in 20 minutes a day almost every day to learn the Yang Style short form which is comprised of 60 movements I now practice a few times a week not to learn the form or even to improve it necessarily but rather as a form of moving mediationI would like to start including some cardio in my exercise routine My gym membership has been on hold for the summer and Ive been building up my exercise routine I am looking forward to the winter months getting into the gym and riding the stationary bike playing some racquetball and doing some weight lifting I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and although I am not obese or completely unhealthy I have found that making changes to my diet and increasing my exercise has definitely helped me feel less sluggish I didnt have to make huge changes in my life but our text says that Even small bits of information on how to keep oneself healthy can make a big difference in early adulthood reference citiationWhile my work environment is fairly stress free I have a lot of financial stress and have a difficult time dealing with it Exercise and reading work to distract me and I find that its easier to learn effective ways of dealing with stress rather than trying to eliminate it which in my opinion would be very difficultREFERENCE
