Abstract This paper is about my personal strengths and weaknesses in my life The details I will be presenting will include the good the bad and the ugly of my strengths and weaknesses I will identify my abilities and skills that positively contribute to my work environment my personal life and in my Learning Team I will include areas that need improvement and a plan of action for the improvements Personal Strengths and Weaknesses Evaluating personal strengths and weaknesses is an essential part of life In doing this we can correct weaknesses and make strengths even stronger Also I believe understanding our personal strengths and weaknesses will help us become more well-rounded people Knowing what we are good at and what we are not so good at will help us grow as individuals Recognizing our strengths can definitely help in a team environment you already know what you bring to the table Recognizing our weaknesses is equally important you already know what you require from others Im only going to discuss my major strengths and weaknesses Teaching others has always been a strong attribute of mine I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others At my job one can say Im the trainer It is not an official title but when new people come into our office Im the one training them It gives me great pride to see them comprehend what is at times difficult material I take pride when I hear one say Oh I know how to do that SSgt Frost taught me already In my personal life my husband and I thrive on sharing knowledge with one another Knowledge is power and I surely dont want to keep it all to myself Secondly Im a hard worker nothing in life has come easy for me As young adult I had to work
