Stress Response The stresses in my life are just being able to stay on top of my work I have to learn how to balance going out with my friends and work The last two quizzes I had in one of my most hated classes I failed The one class I do like is my sociology class The quiz we just had I got an 84 in and I didnt even study for that test I try to cope by writing down in my calendar what I have due in my different classes Then I try to put aside time to do each My only problem is that even when I set time aside for all these subjects I will easily get distracted Strategies I can use are time management for example I should try to study or work on a project a week in advance Just reviewing my notes will greatly help my grades Things I Enjoy 1Going out with friends 2Just hanging in my room 3Sleeping 4Shopping Things I Dont Enjoy 1Studying 2Doing homework 3Writing reports 4Exams 5The cafeteria food ha-ha Things I Should Do 1Home work 2Study 3Finish all school work 4Go out only on weekends when work is done Must with Wants I can make my want which is to go out into a reward for myself and a determination to get all my work and studying done What does this say about your personal value system as it relates to time management I think that my values need to be modified so that I use my time management to better use for classes and studying
