Stress level is very high in todays competitive society Peoples hectic schedule is taking away their breathe time Sometimes people are driven to the point where even when their time allows a break they feel so heavy that they seem to accomplish nothing They feel that they are suffocating Now everyone has heard of exercising doing yoga or meditating to release stress However if your time is already not enough to accomplish all that you need isnt this why youre stressed out in the first place then you certainly wont have much time to spare on those stress-relieve games After experimenting around here are some habits that Ive found helpfuland dont take much time 1 Breath It in beep beep beep beep That alarm clock keeps getting louder Its only 700am why dont I just turn it off and just stay in bed for two more minutes I wont fall asleep Be honest youre familiar with that scenario Now lets be optimistic and suppose assume that you do get up in two minutes So thats two minutes youve just wasted and you dont get any more rest With just those two minutes in the morning you could have gone out for a run around the block Could have been the first to breathe in the new morning air let go of the sleepy air you had in your lungs all night Not only is running in the morning refreshing but exercising in the morning helps boost up your metabolism for the entire day giving you more energy for the rest of the day 2 Force Yourself Just as you would have to force yourself to get up and run you would need to force yourself to do many other things throughout the day Dont turn down every activity because youre too stressed out or merely dont feel like it Forcing yourself to participate in the world around you helps your mind get involved with your
