Education cause and effect A good education lays the path for a better quality of life There have been many studies done both formal and informal that show the effects of education or lack thereof in a persons life As a nation we realize the importance of an education for all children which is why we have a public school system to offer every child an educational opportunity regardless of their background parents income or any other factors Research has shown that beginning a childs education early and well is extremely important because a child that gets off to a good start in reading rarely stumbles Those children who fall behind tend to stay behind for the rest of their academic lives1 Not only does a lack of education hurt us for the rest of our academic lives but our lives in other ways too Education allows us to discover ourselves our environment and our world and to make educated choices about our future Educated men and women have the skills information and self-confidence to make better parents workers and citizens People that are educated tend to have better paying jobs be more law abiding healthier and educate their own children better Understanding the long term effects education has not only with an individual but with our nation and generations to come is extremely important in helping us put the proper emphasize needed on education Aristotle a famous Greek philosopher once said Those who educate children well are more to be honored than they who produce them for these only gave them life those the art of living well I agree with Aristotle that the education one receives defines the difference in how well they live The effects of us as a nation state community and individually putting significant emphasize on education would be a family community and nation that would live better through less
