"Overall, this is a well-organized and strong essay. Your introduction does a good job of summing up the story and presenting your thesis. You've given some good context for the story and you've avoided getting bogged down in too much of a summary. However, some of the story context won't make sense to a reader who is unfamiliar with the story. For instance, you write, "Myles refuses to do any service for the bachelors as he considers it wrong." Consider wording this in a way that would make sense to someone who doesn't know who the bachelors are. You might try, "Myles refuses to work for those who do wrong, such as the bachelors, a group who..." (and then very briefly note why the bachelors are unsavory characters). You might consider having the paper read by someone who is unfamiliar with Men of Iron in order to identify instances where too much or too little context is given. There are also a number of issues with grammar and sentence structure (including run-on sentences) that should be addressed by a proofreader."
