Goal of Realization Some individuals spend time searching for the real importance of life and find themselves probing religion In some cases theyve been through most studying all aspects and not finding fulfillment The Buddhist goal of enlightenment and obtaining nirvana teaches that realization is the opposite of ignorance and to become free you must be realized What are the factors that lead to self realization and accomplishing nirvana The fist concept is that the individual must eliminate the skandas which is translated as self conceptsself identifications the I Everything about the commanding self consists of ones natural inquisitiveness plus ones conditioned ideas this must die before ones actual death The goal is to cease passions emotions and desire for they are unstable tornadoes of the mind The practice of meditation and yoga are a huge contributing factor to the self realization process The practice of meditation says that one must stop up their ears and close their eyes in order to hear and see the truth its the practice of going inward the only reality The practice of yoga awakens kundalini energy as well as meditation Yoga is meant to control the body in health and pleasure Consequently accomplishing what is believed as slaying ones self identifications and feels they can move on to the next step one must receive analysis from a guru self realized man The guru asks questions analyzes and has ways to get real answers from a devotee Like a doctor a guru comes to a conclusion and then prescribes the solution cure decides if one is ready to learn by his side and if not then he will assign one to a task At the completion of the task one is urged to come back to be re-analyzed Therefore if one is either assigned to a task or allowed to live and learn by the side of a guru all karma from past and current life is brought
