In the modern day world that we live in technology is forever changing and improving all around us When we talk about new technology we are talking about the developement of objects and processes in which being created can modify and improve our lives There is great debate over whether technology should be allowed to go ahead or on the other hand should it sease to continue all together Pollution and the general decrease in the earth natural resources in our environment are some of the main reasons that people are against the continuence of societies technological advances Many of the technological machines and products use a large amount of energy that is derived from the earths natural resources Not only do they usually use up a large sum of energy they also produce a sizeable amount of waste into the earths atmoshere another negative effect of technology is the fact that many products as the result of technogy are said to be the begginings of the dehumanization of society an example of this is the modern invention of the telivision The telivison is the most firmy ingrained social habit in our everyday lives it is true that telivison is entertaining and a wonderfull invention altough it really does nothing for the way in which people use there lesuire time The time that children these days spend in front of the telivision would be much better spent if they were to spend that time with their families and friends a view point that is shared amoungst some people is that of the fact that we as human society are being to resemble the techonolgy that we have created throughout the world humans are becoming more and more efficent time concenious and almost machine-like On the other handthe production of new technology really creates a more advanced and
