"This is a well-organized paper with an effective introduction, good body structure, and a conclusion which summarizes your main ideas. You have included many specific examples to support your points and you have cited several research sources. It was a good choice to conclude with specific recommendations that organizations can apply to help offset stress in the workplace. Your paper does, however, have some issues which can be addressed by a thorough editing/proofreading. These include grammar issues and punctuation issues, including comma splices, and areas where your wording could be improved for greater clarity and flow. You have some spelling/typographical errors throughout (for example, using "is" instead of "in," or "woman" instead of "women," etc.). In your content, try to avoid too much repetition of phrases and ideas, as this can weaken your paper; this especially tends to happen in your conclusion, where you have summarized your points. In regards to format, I recommend reformatting the lists on page 2 and pages 5-6 in paragraph form so that they do not take up almost an entire page. Be careful that the numbering of your sections is consistent (you have two sections numbered "2.1," and your section "3.1.3" should be "3.2.3"). Although you have not indicated a particular reference style, do include page numbers and a proper page header if required, and note that the bibliography should appear on a separate page."
