I think there are many reasons Shakespeare has remained one of the most respected and revered playwrights and not just bc there HAS to be one He was a talented man who wrote very well His grasp of language words connotations and storytelling is amazing and evident in most of his works Shakespeare chose words very well and used language that reflected his work His uasge and understanding of language allow his work to considered not only interesting but beautiful They are truly works of art His works transcend time and touch readers to this day They have stood the test of time and the issues have remained salient for the audience He wrote well and enraptured readers The dramatic form he used allowed him to develop the plota theme complex characters and poetic language which flow gorgeously and memorably and using the English language for all it works His work was not the norm for the time much like today He is something different but with a little of everything in his works for everybody They also are spectacles which everyone loves My question is The tragic hero is Shakespeares works is always a noble man with a status of wealth or prosperity in society but also possesses a moral weakness which leads to his downfall Why is this the kind of hero most often seen in his works Why this tragic hero What was the cause of this kind of focus given to such a man Does this choice of hero reflect the social climate or is this just the norm for heroes in this era but why this kind of hero It seems to me that hero
