There are three ideas to explain the extinction of dinosaurs which are also involved in our society today and they are sex drugs and violence The theory of sex is that it had to be at a cool temperature for the male to mate successfully if the temperature was to hot then the males would become infertile Which around the time of the dinosaurs extinction the worlds temperature had increased and could of caused the dinosaurs to not have any offspring and all died off after time Another way dinosaurs became extinct is of flowering plants with deadly toxins Dinosaurs had no sense of taste and could not taste the bitterness of these plants which is why mammals today avoid these toxic plants because of their ability to taste As for the dinosaurs there livers could not filter the toxins and died of massive overdoses from these flowering plants There also could have been a disaster where a large comet or asteroid hit the earth and a big cloud of dust covered the earth blocking the sunlight causing the earth to drop in temperature very dramatically to where it became extremely cold and causing all the living organisms to die which led the dinosaurs to either starve of freeze to death For the sex theory it is that dinosaurs with very large masses absorbed heat more slowly Which in return made it harder to disperse heat from their bodies So when the temperature rose it wasnt enough to kill the dinosaurs but sterilized the males causing extinction by natural contraception The theory of flowering plants could be true in the fact that some plants today are harmful enough to kill animals As for the dinosaurs as described at the beginning of the paragraph it was the liver that could not detoxify the toxins or taste the bitterness which led to a slow painful death As for the cloud of dusts that covered the earth by
