Through out history society has constantly oppressed woman making hard for her to achieve what it is that she so desires In modern day society woman often have to work twice as hard as a male does to reach the same desire goal The question I want to ask now is why Why society treats women this way What make a woman so different that causes her this treatment And to answer the above question we have to understand the differentce in our bodies So my collage I chose the time period between 1940 and 1950 Those were the hard times for a guy After all there were no MTV to watch no burger or fries to eat and worse of all no playboy to read While some of our elders were fighting Nazis and Commie some were busy fighting another war a war that brings the exploitation of women to an even greater level On October 1941 just weeks before the bombing of Pearl Harbor would shock the US in World War Ken ZhengCollage analysis II a publisher name Robert Harrison created a bomb of his own on the magazine industry The debut issue of Beauty Parade was released Instantly it turned heads of everyone at the newsstands with its cover illustration of a big-breasted woman Beauty Parade was an instant hit It was selling millions of copies with just a few issues Because of these success Harrison also decided to release other titles such as Titter Wink Eyeful Flirt and Whisper These magazine not only contain sexual picture of woman it also has sexually charged fiction such as I Survived the Bloody Bitch of Belsen These articles have a very negative perspective on women It led the readers almost all men to believe its ok to exploit women sexually It let them feel comfortable with the idea that a womans body is used for their personal entertainment Though
