"You do a good job of explaining many different aspects of information management systems and framing your work to fit the needs of the tourism industry in Ghana. However, your paper would benefit from a thorough edit to address formatting and writing convention errors. Headings should be centered using your software’s centering tool, and your paragraphs should be handled in a consistent manner. If you’re going to include a first-line indent, then review is needed to ensure the indent is always half an inch wide. If not, paragraphs should begin flush left. Terms such as “tourism,” “interest,” “business,” and “neighboring” should not be capitalized in the middle of a sentence whereas the beginning of a sentence should always be capitalized. An abbreviation such as “PC” should also be capitalized. When you have a parenthetical citation at the end of a statement, the period goes after the citation only instead of both before the closing quotation mark and after the citation."
