"You bring up some important concerns about marijuana use, and your arguments are organized well. Your transitions help the essay to flow nicely from one topic to another. However, there are a number of issues that undermine the credibility of this paper. You seem intent on comparing marijuana to cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin. You repeatedly mention that marijuana causes similar symptoms to these other drugs, but you do not compare the frequency or severity of any of these symptoms. For instance, you mention that marijuana use can cause "neurological issues" as can the other drugs you mention, but this is an umbrella term that can have a wide range of implications. This comparison creates a fallacious argument that is repeated throughout the paper. Coupled with some of the emotional language (such as "this is an outright lie," which is an unsupported claim), as well as several other unsupported allusions to research ("research has proven," etc.) can create doubt about your objectivity. Finally, there are a number of grammar mistakes and awkward word choices that affect the essay's readability."
