What you see is not what you get In the business world a company must be the best at what they do to get customers Or at least say that they are the best I never really understood why that with all of the laws and regulations of owning a business seven different car dealerships can all claim that they have the lowest prices in town Now it is impossible for this to be true However it is also impossible for the business itself to have any valuable intellectual traits It is the companies employees that lie at fault when the do not hold a sense of intellectual humility or intellectual empathy towards their customers If Lawrence Marshall sells more cars due to his commercials saying we clobber big city prices then he is most likely going to say just that But when a company attempts to claim something that is false or askew of reality then their CEOs and district managers need to speak out They expect people to assume that because they claim it then by law it must be true But these companies need to back up what they are saying with action and know that sometimes McDonalds does not have Americas favorite fries The biggest recent example would be the Enron fiasco Having a lot of money a lot of employees and a lot things with your name on it does not mean put stock into me The high classes on their business ladder knew what they were doing and continued to do it for the money But a lack of Intellectual Empathy prevented them from forseeing what was goin to happen to the thousands that recieved a paycheck from them And look where it got them almost
