No matter when and where you are from youd probably belong to a group This strong instinct to socialize is one of the leading factors for human dominance in this world It is close to impossible for humans to live alone we need to be part of a group to survive But just being part of a group is not enough as between groups and between individuals of a group there is always this competition for resources and power This competition mostly leads to conflict and conflict to results There are essentially 2 types of conflicts ie physical conflict bold strike and verbal conflict diplomacy In a physical conflict there is a winner take all result with a considerable amount of damage suffered by both parties In a diplomatic conflict the result is most probably a compromise But this mostly takes a lot of time The type of conflict that an individualgroup chooses in a situation to resolve a problem is very important as a wrong decision could mean tragedy Now looking at todays situation What type of conflict should we embrace to facilitate the survival of our group Ie the United States Well This is the question which I will try to answer in the following paragraphs Within a group there are many people with the same needs but there are limited resources and hence there is competition for the same resources Every individual wants everything he was to become the most powerful person This leads to conflict Within a group we would probably take the route of diplomatic conflict as the other physical route would probably lead to anarchy A kings court a court of law a parliament are all examples of how we use diplomatic conflict to resolve problems within a group You dont kill your neighbor and take all his money there are almost always some laws within a group which prevent you from doing so Instead you share the
