"The focus of this research is clear, and you have provided a reasonable amount of information to support your position. However, there seems to be some inconsistencies in the formatting. Much of the information you provided in the "Methods" section would be considered background information, and would go in a literature review section. The "Methods" section should include what you did in your own experiments. Other research can be cited in the "Methods" section, but it is mostly for you to discuss how you carried out your work.
