Within the next five years I guarantee that I will have to face many multicultural issues As a leader I will have to face issues dealing with my religion and my class will come in to play in whatever situation I may find myself As this country becomes more and more diverse these questions will face us all in the near future I now consider myself to be part of the majority when it comes to religion not only in the country but also in the world There are more Christians on the earth than any other religion and especially in this country which was founded on the basic principles and moral grounds of Judaism and Christianity But as this country grows more diverse there will be issues that face both me and many other Americans in my position However diverse this nation may become I still feel that I will always be on top Although the demographics of our nation may be changing the fact is that it was founded by has always been run by and will most likely continue to be run by a majority of wealthy Christians I highly doubt that I will see the day when Christians are outnumbered by Muslims or Hindus I do however see the day when religion is no longer considered a major social construct Religion is already on its way out as a dividing line among our Nations ranks It is nave to believe that religion will no longer divide people however as we live in one of the Worlds most tolerant nations I believe that one day it will be a non-factor However class will always play a major role in American life As much as some people would love to see us become a classless society I pray that it never happens Class is what separates the elite from the scum in our society we have subconsciously placed it to bring structure
