"What a cool interview; this was interesting to read, and I'm sure it was interesting to discuss these topics with someone who experienced this era. You had some wonderful descriptions and quotations in your essay that make your writing lively, and your conclusion was particularly well-executed because you tied this movement to a larger social concern. While you transition between paragraphs pretty well, some of those shifts felt a little abrupt or jumpy. The biggest weakness is your sentence structure: while writing can certainly contain some sentence fragments, I'd be careful about using them too often as your writing becomes "listy." There are also a few run-on sentences and grammar errors that don't impede readability, but your writing will only be stronger with a round of proofreading/editing to correct these."
