Mr Bright Mr Bright the owner of a chain of convenience stores called Mr Bs was a great follower of Jesus He decided to take the What Would Jesus Do pledge in which he asked himself how Jesus would act every situation that he encountered Even though he had good morals and was very Christ-like he was forced to close two of his stores His generous and kind personality earned him great treasures in heaven Mr Brights kind Christ-like good morality and thoughtful ways achieved much favor with God Mr Bright always tried to be like Jesus He was an active member of the church who tithed generously He took the yearlong What Would Jesus Do pledge that Pastor Maxwell challenged congregation with This pledge caused him use good morals in removing all tobacco strong liquor and all worldly magazines from his stores Even though this decision resulted in a great loss of income and two Mr Bs shops Mr Bright perdured through his commitment In one situation he noticed that one of his best managers Mrs Garza was letting the stores income fall When Mr Bright met with her she tearfully explained that her husband had lung cancer He kindly complied with Mrs Garzas request to have an assistant help her organize and manage the store To try to recover from his financial loss Mr Bright had a meeting with his employees He thoughtfully listened to all their suggestions about how to raise income Mr Bright was a very Christ-like kind Christian He was thoughtful with his employees and listened openly with them He showed he was a true follower of Christ by taking the What Would Jesus Do pledge He followed through with his pledge even though it costed him earthly things Overall Mr Bright is a true strong and willing follower of Jesus Christ
