"You are working with a lot of information in this essay, and the reader gets a sense for your familiarity with the topic. As you move forward, I recommend a focus on organization, as I notice some repeated information at different parts of the essay, such as two explanations of the basic requirements. A reverse outline can help identify such moments so you can start considering what needs to be reiterated, what doesn't need to be repeated, and how best to structure around these requirements.

Another higher-order concern is in establishing the specific purpose and focus of the essay. It isn't until later that the reader learns there is a narrower lens on biotechnology. Establish this at the beginning of the paper to lend specificity and accommodate your reader.

I notice more typos and some garbled phrasing as the essay approaches the end; earlier pages show fairly good control of the mechanics, with opportunities to streamline and polish up the writing. Make sure to proofread all the way through and catch those later typos and errors.

On a possibly related note, the counter-argument paragraph toward the end is rather hard to follow, and seems to introduce but not directly respond to concerns. A number of typos and errors in that paragraph may be the main culprit, but you will want to spend some time with that moment and polish up both the writing and the argumentation, as it is a key element of the rhetorical project."
